Mira DS Flex package allows the user to customize the Mira DS to meet their needs. The Flex package includes the basic components needed to operate the Mira DS without sampling attachments. At least one sampling attachment is required for operation. The Mira DS Flex package includes the library of illicit materials, a calibration standard, USB cable and laser safety goggles. Class 3B operation.

Metrohm Instant SERS Analyzer (Misa) is a high performance, portable analyzer system used for rapid, trace level detection / identification of illicit materials, food additives and food contaminants. Misa features a high-efficiency spectrograph equipped with Metrohm’s unique Orbital-Raster-Scan (ORS) technology. It has a minimal footprint and extended battery life, perfect for on-site testing or mobile laboratory applications. Misa offers various Laser Class 1 attachments for flexible sampling options. Analyzer operation is available through BlueTooth or USB connectivity.

The Misa Basic package allows users to customize Misa to suit their needs. It is a starter package that contains the basic components for performing SERS analyses using Metrohm’s nanoparticle solutions.

The Misa Basic package includes the Misa instrument, a Misa Vial Attachment, a USB Mini Cable, a USB Power Supply and Misa Cal software for operating the instrument.

The NanoRam-1064 is a state-of-the-art handheld Raman instrument for nondestructive identification and verification of incoming raw materials such as APIs, excipients, and intermediates. Compact and agile, the NanoRam can be used by non-technical users to rapidly identify samples in the lab, warehouse, loading dock or field, helping to eliminate quarantine areas and expedite materials through the manufacturing lifecycle. Utilizing Raman technology, analysis can be performed through transparent containers, all while maintaining the volume and integrity of the sample. The high-performance NanoRam-1064 minimizes fluorescence, and can differentiate different grades of cellulose, polysorbate and Opadry®.

The NIRS XDS MasterLab Analyzer enables the rapid, nondestructive analyses of solid-state dosage forms such as tablets, capsules, film-coated tablets, gel tablets and gel capsules for manufacturers in the pharmaceuticals industry. Solids in vials can also be analyzed with the NIRS XDS MasterLab Analyzer. The analysis takes place in reflection or transmission mode. The sample input proceeds via a sample slide that can be moved in x and y direction and that is designed for trays with several tablets and/or vials. Analyses of individual samples are optimized with an iris. An optionally available coarse granular sample cell for coarse granular substances extends analysis to include practically all solid forms ranging from fine powders to coarse granular materials, e.g., pellets and flakes

The NIRS XDS SmartProbe Analyzer enables rapid, nondestructive analyses of solid and liquid substances and formulations. With the NIRS XDS SmartProbe Analyzer, the identity and quality of a substance can be determined directly in the respective original transport containers, no matter whether it be bottles, bags or other containers. The design, which is just as robust as it is ergonomic, makes the NIRS XDS SmartProbe Analyzer the ideal quality control solution, both in the warehouse and in the laboratory. Using the NIRS XDS SmartProbe Analyzer could not be easier. The measurement is taken by holding the probe in the sample and pressing the measurement button. Pass/fail results can be read off on the handle immediately after the measurement.

The TacticID-GP Plus is a field-ready handheld Raman instrument designed for rapid, nondestructive chemical identification to reduce operational uncertainty and response time. Featuring an intuitive workflow and touchscreen, samples can be nondestructively analyzed through opaque and transparent packaging, with sample threat level displayed prominently for first responders, safety personnel, law enforcement, bomb squads, customs and border patrol, and hazmat teams to act quickly with minimal sample contact.
