DÜBÖR steel belt lubrication guarantees precise quantity control of the release agent on all steel belt ovens. Using special low-pressure nozzles, the release agent is applied for an optimum separation process.
Description
The release agent is conveyed to the special low-pressure nozzles with separate pumps via an automated filling device and the installed reserve supply container. The quantity of release agent is dosed using the electronic release agent regulator. For even distribution, the low-pressure nozzles are moved over the steel belt by a pneumatic linear drive. This enables optimum release agent quantity control.
A distributor behind the sprayed surface ensures the finest distribution and an economic use of release agent. This ensures that you achieve rational release agent spraying in the manner required, using the latest technology.
